Rates - rates entered by the vendor any rates in red are special for your company only.
Total - is the total rental cost after you enter est. rental dates and update.
Rental Dates - entering the delivery and est. return dates and clicking the update bar, allows you to see your total est. rental cost for that period, and allows you to compare the rental cost with the new cost amount, if provided in the new column.
Comments - when e-mailing order confirmations or request price adjustments you can send comments to the vendors to specify any special instructions
Confirm Jobsite - user can confirm or change location, this allows the user to manage multiple locations from this page.
Rent now - this activates a rental request email to vendors to confirm delivery date and time, pricing and location, and sends equipment tracking information to location page.
Purchase equipment - this activates a purchase request e-mail to vendors to confirm delivery, price, and location.
Request price adjustment - this let you select the vendors listed above and request for special or better pricing.

Request transfer - Budgeted owned equipment needed at the job site can request a transfer of the equipment from it current job site.
